Creating a PolyWager account is quick and simple. Click the "Get Started" button in the top-right corner of any page. You will need to provide a valid email address, create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number and one special character), and choose a unique username. After submitting the form, check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account. You can start playing immediately after verification.

PolyWager supports deposits and withdrawals on multiple blockchain networks. Currently accepted cryptocurrencies include USDT (Tether), USDC (USD Coin), and MATIC on the Polygon network; BNB and BUSD on BNB Chain; and ETH, USDT, and USDC on the Arbitrum network. We are continuously evaluating additional tokens and chains based on player demand. All supported currencies are displayed on your wallet deposit page with their respective network details.

After signing in, navigate to your Wallet page by clicking the wallet icon in the navigation bar. Select "Deposit," choose your preferred cryptocurrency and network, and a unique deposit address will be generated for you. Copy this address carefully and send funds from your external wallet. Deposits are credited automatically after the required number of network confirmations, which typically takes 1 to 5 minutes depending on the blockchain. There is no fee charged by PolyWager for deposits; however, standard network gas fees apply.

Provably fair is a cryptographic system that allows you to independently verify that every game outcome was determined fairly and was not manipulated. Before each round, the server generates a hashed seed that is shared with you. After the round ends, the original seed is revealed so you can verify the hash matches. This means PolyWager cannot alter results after bets are placed. You can verify any past game result on our Fairness page at any time using the server seed, client seed, and nonce.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required for higher withdrawal limits or if flagged by our compliance systems. To complete verification, go to Settings > Account > Verification. You will need to upload a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), a selfie holding your ID, and a proof of address document dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement). Our team typically reviews submissions within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your verification status is updated.

Bet limits vary by game. For Crash, the minimum bet is $0.10 and the maximum is $1,000 per round. These limits are designed to accommodate both casual players and high rollers. Bet limits are denominated in USD equivalent, regardless of which cryptocurrency you are using.

However, due to regulatory restrictions, our services are not available to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, and several other jurisdictions where online crypto gaming is restricted or prohibited. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and play on PolyWager. We take age verification seriously and may request identification documents to confirm your age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by underage users will be immediately suspended, and any remaining balance will be refunded via the original deposit method. We encourage responsible gaming for all players.

To deposit funds, log into your PolyWager account and navigate to Wallet > Deposit. Select the cryptocurrency and network you wish to use (e.g., USDT on Polygon). A unique deposit address and QR code will be displayed. Copy the address or scan the QR code with your wallet application, then send your desired amount. Important: always verify that you are sending on the correct network, as sending tokens on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. Minimum deposit amounts vary by cryptocurrency and network to ensure they exceed network transaction fees. For stablecoins (USDT, USDC) on Polygon and Arbitrum, the minimum deposit is $5.00. For BNB on BNB Chain, the minimum is 0.01 BNB. For MATIC on Polygon, the minimum is 10 MATIC. For ETH on Arbitrum, the minimum is 0.002 ETH. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and may not be recoverable. Always check the current minimums on the deposit page before sending funds.

Deposit confirmation times depend on the blockchain network you are using. Polygon (MATIC) deposits typically confirm in 1 to 2 minutes and require 30 block confirmations. BNB Chain deposits usually take 1 to 3 minutes with 15 block confirmations. Arbitrum deposits confirm in 1 to 5 minutes with 20 block confirmations. Once the required confirmations are met, your balance is updated instantly and automatically. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction hash.

To withdraw, go to Wallet > Withdraw. Select the cryptocurrency and network, enter the destination wallet address, and specify the amount. Double-check the address before confirming, as blockchain transactions are irreversible. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 10 minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals exceeding $10,000 in a 24-hour period may require additional security verification and could take up to 1 hour. VIP members enjoy faster processing times and higher daily limits.

PolyWager charges a small flat fee per withdrawal to cover blockchain network costs. Current fees are: $1.00 for stablecoins on Polygon, $0.50 for MATIC on Polygon, $1.50 for tokens on BNB Chain, and $2.00 for tokens on Arbitrum. These fees are clearly displayed on the withdrawal confirmation page before you submit. We periodically review and adjust fees based on network conditions. VIP Silver and above members receive one free withdrawal per day, and VIP Platinum members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.

Withdrawals may be in a pending state for several reasons. Standard security review takes up to 10 minutes for most transactions. Larger withdrawals (over $10,000 daily) undergo enhanced review that can take up to 1 hour. If your account has recently changed its password or 2FA settings, a 24-hour security hold is automatically applied. Additionally, first-time withdrawal addresses may require email confirmation. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, please contact support with your withdrawal ID for assistance.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. If you send a deposit to the wrong address or on the wrong network, PolyWager cannot recover the funds. Always triple-check the deposit address and ensure you are using the correct network before confirming any transaction. If you accidentally send funds to a PolyWager deposit address on the wrong network, our team may be able to assist with recovery on a case-by-case basis, but this is not guaranteed and may incur a recovery fee. We strongly recommend sending a small test transaction first.

PolyWager is a crypto-native platform and does not directly accept fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.) deposits. However, you can easily convert fiat to crypto using popular on-ramp services like MoonPay, Transak, or your preferred centralized exchange (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.) and then deposit the cryptocurrency to your PolyWager wallet. We recommend using stablecoins like USDT or USDC if you want to avoid crypto price volatility while playing.

Crash is a multiplayer game where a multiplier starts at 1.00x and increases continuously. You place your bet before the round starts, and the multiplier rises until it "crashes" at a random point determined by a provably fair algorithm. Your goal is to cash out before the crash. If you cash out at 2.50x, for example, you receive 2.5 times your bet amount. If the game crashes before you cash out, you lose your bet. Each round lasts anywhere from a fraction of a second to several minutes, and you can watch other players' bets and cash-outs in real time.

The house edge is the mathematical advantage built into each game that ensures the platform's long-term sustainability. For Crash, the house edge is 3%, meaning that for every $100 wagered across all players over time, $97 is returned as winnings. This is significantly lower than traditional online casinos, which often have house edges of 5 to 15%. The house edge is transparently documented and verifiable through the provably fair system. Upcoming games will have varying house edges: Mines at 2%, Dice at 1%, and Plinko at 2%.

Auto cash-out is a feature that automatically cashes out your bet when the multiplier reaches a target you set before the round starts. For example, if you set auto cash-out to 2.00x, the system will automatically secure your winnings when the multiplier hits 2.00x, even if you are not actively watching the game. This is useful for executing a consistent strategy or if you have an unreliable internet connection. You can set auto cash-out on the game controls panel before placing your bet. You can also manually cash out before your auto cash-out target is reached.

Yes, every game result on PolyWager is independently verifiable using our provably fair system. After each round, you can view the server seed, client seed, and nonce used to generate the result. Visit the Fairness page (/fairness) to access the verification tool. Enter the seeds and nonce for any round, and the tool will recalculate the game result to confirm it matches the actual outcome. You can also use third-party verification tools or write your own verification script, as the algorithm is publicly documented.

If you lose your internet connection during an active Crash round, your auto cash-out setting (if configured) will still execute on the server side. If you did not set an auto cash-out, the game will continue without you and you will only receive a payout if the crash point exceeds or equals any manually triggered cash-out or server-side safety settings. We strongly recommend always setting an auto cash-out value as a safeguard against connectivity issues. Your bet history and results are always available in your account when you reconnect.

The maximum payout for a single bet is capped at $100,000 or 1,000x the bet amount, whichever is lower. For example, a $10 bet can win up to $10,000 (1,000x), while a $500 bet is capped at $100,000 (200x effective maximum). These limits protect the platform's liquidity while still offering significant winning potential. VIP Platinum members may have access to higher maximum win limits by special arrangement. There is no limit on the number of winning bets you can place per day, and all winnings are fully withdrawable.

To enable 2FA, go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password. Enter the 6-digit code displayed in your authenticator app to confirm setup. You will also receive backup recovery codes; store these in a safe place as they are the only way to access your account if you lose your authenticator device. 2FA is required for withdrawals and is strongly recommended for all accounts to prevent unauthorized access.

Navigate to Settings > Security > Password. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice to confirm. To change your email address, go to Settings > Account > Email. Enter your new email address and confirm with your current password and 2FA code (if enabled). A verification link will be sent to both your old and new email addresses. You must click the link sent to your new email to confirm the change, and the link sent to your old email acts as a security notification. If you did not initiate the change, use the link in the old email to cancel it. Email changes take effect after both verifications are complete.

If you wish to close your PolyWager account, go to Settings > Account > Close Account. Before closing, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain. If you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page and consider using our self-exclusion tools, which offer temporary breaks from 24 hours to 6 months.

VIP progress is based on total lifetime wager volume. Every $1.00 wagered on any game earns 1 VIP point, regardless of the game outcome (wins and losses both count). Points are credited instantly after each bet settles. Your current point total and progress toward the next tier are visible on your profile page and in the VIP section. Rakeback is calculated on your total wagered amount and is credited to your account balance daily at 00:00 UTC. There is no time limit on earning points, and they never expire.

VIP tiers on PolyWager are based on lifetime wagering volume, not monthly activity. This means once you reach a tier, you will never be demoted. Your VIP status is permanent. However, certain benefits like the dedicated account manager and exclusive event invitations are reserved for active players and may require minimum monthly activity to maintain. If you take an extended break and return, your tier and core benefits (rakeback percentage, withdrawal perks) remain intact. We believe in rewarding loyalty, not penalizing breaks.

Navigate to Settings > Limits > Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in USD equivalent. For example, you might set a daily limit of $100, a weekly limit of $500, and a monthly limit of $1,500. Once a limit is reached, you will not be able to make additional deposits until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. You can view your current usage against your limits at any time on the Limits page.

Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently blocks your access to PolyWager. Go to Settings > Limits > Self-Exclusion and choose a duration: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Any pending withdrawals will still be processed. Temporary self-exclusions cannot be reversed early. For permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed and any remaining balance returned.
